Step 1: Schedule an Appointment

To help us understand the requirements of your project, please complete our online Get Started quiz. We'll send you a 'Welcome' email so we can get further details from you. As a starting point, we need floorplans, an approximate budget, appliance options or selections, and inspiration photographs.

  • High Country Cabinets creates a black-and-white design based on architectural plans in 14 –20 business days.

  • We present the design (V1) during the initial consultation, and the client makes functional decisions and chooses cabinetry finish and door styles.

  • Drawings and proposal(s) are sent after the initial consultation. This is a (V2) version two design.

  • After version two (V2) design fees will be applied and charged. Version three (V3) should be rendered and priced after a field measure. More versions can be created at a $50 per hour design fee.

  • Once the presentation and proposal have been signed/approved, we visit the job site and designate the areas for plumbing centers, islands, etc. Final/approved dimensional drawings are sent to the project managers.

  • Once you have signed your approved presentation and proposal, any changes to the signed design will result in a $250 change order, plus materials and labor.

  • Cabinetry is ordered upon completion of the final measure and the 50% invoice is issued.

  • Scheduling & Logistics will contact you to schedule the delivery and installation of cabinetry.
