To help us understand your project's requirements, please complete our online Get Started quiz. We'll send you a 'Welcome' email to gather further details from you. As a starting point, we need floor plans (or rough measurements), an approximate budget, appliance options or selections, and inspiration photographs.

Our design team meets weekly on Mondays to review all new project requests. A designer will be assigned to each project and will follow up with you regarding the next steps.

Your designer will create a black-and-white design based on floor plans or, for renovations, initial measurements. Timeframes for this process may very depending on existing project commitments.

During the initial consultation, the designer will present the first version of the design (V1). During this meeting, you and your designer will make important decisions regarding functionality, cabinetry finishes, and door styles for each room.

After the initial consultation, you will receive an updated drawing and proposal (Version 2 or V2). Please note that for any design changes beyond Version 2, applicable design fees will apply. Version 3 (V3) will be provided and priced after a field measurement, and additional versions can be created at a design fee of $50 per hour.

Once the proposal and presentation have been signed and approved, we will visit the project site to final measure and designate areas for plumbing centers, islands, etc. Final approved dimensional drawings will then be sent to the project managers/contractors.

After the proposal and presentation are final/approved, any changes made after that point will result in a $250 change order, in addition to materials and labor costs.

Cabinetry is ordered upon completion of the final measure, and the 50% invoice is issued.

Scheduling & Logistics will contact you to schedule the delivery and installation of cabinetry.
